Cannon Christian

AW Principal

Cannon has been actively involved in various real estate and business operations since 2009. Prior to Apartment Worth, he co-founded Renovation Realty, a real estate brokerage and general contractor, responsible for overseeing the business including over 800 property repositions and sales throughout CA with an employee count upwards of 40. Drawn towards multifamily investments and development, he joined his colleagues to pursue a more scalable model. At Apartment Worth, Cannon oversees the day-to-day operations including asset specific business plan execution, investor reporting, strategy and contracts/ legal. Cannon attended Santa Clara University with a BS in Finance. Additionally, he is a licensed CA real estate broker and previously licensed CA general contractor.

Devin Muna

AW Principal

Devin previously worked for Cushman & Wakefield and their predecessor affiliates for a decade on the largest industrial brokerage and capital markets team in San Diego County. During that period, the team executed in excess of $740MM in commercial sales and leases. Utilizing the knowledge of institutional standards and contacts, he subsequently shifted focus to ground-up multifamily development and value-add existing multifamily investments. Additionally, along with his brother-in-law, he has developed high-end speculative residences and multifamily in the greater Los Angeles region. At Apartment Worth, Devin manages all investment underwriting, capital markets/capital stack placement, and asset management business plan execution. Devin graduated from University of San Diego with a BS in Business Administration and is certified in real estate finance, investments and development. Additionally, he holds a CA real estate salesperson license.

Chris Kimbrell

AW Principal

Chris has a diverse background across the real estate and building spectrums. He grew up in a family custom home building business, Mountain Home Properties, in Upstate New York. After obtaining a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from University at Buffalo, he moved to San Diego, and subsequently became a CA Licensed Professional Civil engineer to build his own businesses while working for large-scale engineering companies on infrastructure projects throughout California. A few of his project highlights over the past 10 years include 15 custom home speculative builds and sales throughout Lake Tahoe/ Tahoe Donner, over 20 single family home repositioning and sales as a principal of Blueprint Homes, along with an expanding AirBnB rental portfolio in the Adirondacks of Upstate New York. Chris has since narrowed his focus to Apartment Worth multifamily value-add projects and ground-up multifamily developments at scale.

Matt Corti

AW Principal

Matt has spent the past 10+ years executing property repositions throughout Southern California for some of the largest investor operators including PGI Investments, Renovation Realty and Redfin Now, overseeing over 500 properties. In parallel as a principal of Blueprint Homes, he has built speculative homes, subdivided lots and built ground-up additions to existing multifamily properties. At Apartment Worth, Matt is responsible for all facets of the construction and capital improvements projects in the portfolio. Day-to-day activities include acquisition budgeting, vendor/contractor oversight, lender draw processing and capital improvement execution. Matt is a graduate of CSU Northridge with a BS in Finance, is a licensed CA real estate salesperson, and a licensed CA general contractor.
